Business startup
If you want to start a business you need to consider certain things before you go:First and the most important - The Idea. Without an idea, you won't be able to create a business. Then you need to evaluate your idea. It is clear that not every idea is a good idea. If you want to continue you will have to plan things out. It is very important to know where you are going.
Now that you have an idea of what it's going to cost, figure out how many you'll need to sell to generate a decent profit. Maybe you will have to reconsider your idea.
Put your thoughts down on paper. You should include everything or if it is difficult to write down as many of your ideas as possible.
You'll likely come up with more ideas than you had when you started. Continue your work and think about finding help. It's good to be independent and know that you can do things on your own but everybody needs help.
Then it is time to think about structuring your business. A business needs a certain legal structure in order to operate. It's required. You need to decide which one is best for you. Sole-proprietorships (best for very small businesses) - easy to set up, income only taxed once, fewer laws to abide by. But - owner is responsible for lawsuits and debt.
Partnerships (best for very small to medium businesses) - easy to set up, income only taxed once, can gain partners. But - partners sometimes have disagreements, owners are liable.
Corporations (best for medium and large businesses) - owners arent responsible for lawsuits and debt, can gain investors. But - income is taxed twice, many laws to abide by, shareholder complaints.
Every business costs money to start. You'll need to find some startup capital. You are not the only one who wants to earn some money and if you want to continue you need to think about marketing. A lot of businesses fail because they just can't sell their products/services to enough people. With the right marketing, you'll be on the track to success...
