Human Resources Transformation
Our Human Capital professionals advise clients on how to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their HR service delivery model and operation of the HR function, ranging from process design to self-service applications and enabling technologies, and considering insourcing, outsourcing, and offshore solutions.
Senior Managers will sell, manage and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions and technology solutions for our clients. Senior Managers are expected to contribute to the growth and development of the HR Transformation group in a variety of ways, including:
Engagement Management: manages engagement risk and project economics including planning and budgeting, managing accounts receivable; defines deliverable content, ensures buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client
Business Development: develops and maintains contact with top decision makers at key clients, organizes and leads pursuit teams, participates in and leads aspects of the proposal development process, contributes to proposal pricing strategy.
Practice Development & Eminence: development of solutions and methodologies, development of "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.
People Development: performs role of counselor and coach, provides input and guidance into the firm's staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.
Required Skills:
- Applicants must have experience as an integral team member on at least 2 full lifecycle implementations with SAP HR in a functional role.
- Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience with depth in configuring SAP HR.
- Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager managing at least 10 people on full lifecycle implementations with SAP HR in a consulting environment.
- At least 2 years of experience as a coach and/or counselor to junior staff members.
- At least 2 years of experience managing project economics including planning and budgeting.
- At least 1 year of experience in a revenue-generating role against a specified sales target
- Ability to travel 80-100% of the time.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 3 years of large-scale, external consulting experience.
- Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.
- Strong project management and leadership experience
- Experience in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
- Commitment to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel.

A Human Capital Manager will manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and growing client relationships and leading consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution.
Required Skills:
- Applicants must have experience as an integral team member on at least 2 full lifecycle implementations with SAP HR in a functional role.
- Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience with depth in configuring SAP HR.
- Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience managing teams of at least 6 people on a full lifecycle implementations with SAP HR
- At least 1 year of experience as a coach and/or counselor to junior staff members.
- Ability to travel 80-100% of the time.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelors Degree
- At least one year of large-scale, external consulting experience.
