DoD Disbursing Systems Liaison & Trainer- The qualified candidate will serve as client representative in briefings, meetings, and conferences.- Conduct functional business analyst activities across the systems development life cycle.- Conduct and facilitate training of disbursing systems at DoD locations in the continental United States.- Produce interface specifications, user documentation, and systems/customer acceptance testing.- Conduct client interviews and produce high quality requirements documents. These requirements will include functional capability for DoD disbursing systems and the interface requirements between these systems and SAP and Oracle Financials ERP systems.- The qualified candidate will need to possess an understanding of the functional needs of the client.
